3. Should I prepare for our organizing session?

No. The way we initially see your space at the in-home consultation should be the way it looks on the first organizing session. Slightly changing things around could alter the assessment provided and/or the project plan created.
4. How long does an organizing session or project take?

The amount of time varies based on the client’s needs and requests. All hands-on sessions are a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours per day. Anything over 6 hours is considered a project.  Purchased hours may be but are not required to be used in the same day, but must be used within 30 days of the scheduled first session. All hands-off consulting sessions are available for 1 or 2 hours.

5. Are our sessions confidential?

Yes. As a company that works in the homes and offices of others, confidentiality and integrity are our number one priorities. Before the first session begins, a confidentiality agreement must be signed by all clients.

6. What can I expect during our sessions?

First and foremost you can expect 100% confidentiality and exceptional  service. Every session is unique and varies by time allotted, but the initial step in most cases is to sort. Sorting is the big jump towards tackling the disorganized area. This process allows us to see what is of value and what is of no use. We expect our clients to express their comments, questions, and concerns throughout the organizing process to ensure great service.

7. What classifies as “Residential”?

Anyplace in the home: Closet, kitchen, bedroom, dining area, living room, study, game room, guest room. Garages, attics, and basements are on a case-by-case basis.

8. What classifies as “Office”?

Our office services are designed for the client who spends much of their time working from home or runs a small business. These clients typically have substantial paper flow, file cabinets, business computer files, and data that need to be systemized. That is what separates an office from a generic study room in the home.
